Not “nice charts” but answers to the questions people actually ask every day: why did the agent think for four seconds, what did this call cost, and why did that lead wait two days.

Every number has a source
Empty means “not measured”, not “zero”. A metric without data shows the reason instead of a confident nought.
Latency by stage
How long the end-of-turn wait, the model and the speech synthesis each took. You can see which stage is holding the pause.
Cost per call
Recognition, model and synthesis separately, at the real rates from the price list. A model with no price raises a warning instead of counting as free.
Qualification
How many leads made it through to sales, where the rest stopped, and which fields most often stay empty.
SLA compliance
How many leads got their first contact in time, how many are overdue, and with whom exactly they are stuck.
Team load
Open leads relative to each manager’s capacity — so the flow goes to whoever is free, not to whoever is first in the list.
Technical failures
Dropped calls, provider errors and queue events that never processed. Visible on the dashboard, not in server logs.

We will show you how CallBridge runs it: what the agent asks, which facts it collects and the moment it hands the conversation to your manager.
