How the platform is built
We do not run a blog and we do not publish case studies we do not have. What we do have is a system documented from the inside — and we are happy to show those documents to anyone seriously considering it.
Training programme — 10 topics, 50 minutes
The same programme that lives inside the product: when the agent hands a conversation to a human, where the number on a lead record comes from, how a blocker differs from a low score. It is published in full — in Ukrainian only for now, because a machine translation would ruin exactly what it is for.
Read it in UkrainianWhat we can show you
Technical documents from the project. Not marketing material — the working descriptions the system was built from.
Architecture
Why a modular monolith rather than microservices; where the module boundaries are and why Postgres serves as the queue, the search engine and the vector store at once.
Latency
What makes up the seconds between “the customer stopped talking” and the first sound of the answer, which of them can be removed and at what price.
Cost per call
A calculation at real rates: recognition, model, synthesis. A comparison of two voice pipelines on identical input.
Test scenarios
The set of conversations replayed before every release: a hot lead, a blocked budget, an attempt at prompt injection.
Architecture decisions
Eight recorded decisions with their reasons and consequences: why facts instead of columns; why deterministic scoring; why audio is not recorded by default.
Operations
What to do when a service goes down, how to read the logs, how to switch on backups and verify a restore.
These are not published openly yet. Write to us — we will send whatever interests you.
Want to see it from the inside?
We will run a demo and show the working system with its logs open, not slides.
Show us one of your calls
We will show you how CallBridge runs it: what the agent asks, which facts it collects and the moment it hands the conversation to your manager.
